BUSINESS CHOREOGRAPHY

Business needs choreography.

Companies do not work through isolated measures. They work when positioning, marketing, people, processes and systems work together.

I combine strategic thinking with a creative perspective and entrepreneurial experience. Together we create clarity, structure and a positioning that does not just sound good, but actually works.

When a lot is working, but nothing is really working together.

Many companies do not have a fundamental marketing problem.

They have an alignment problem.

The brand tells a different story than sales. The website no longer fits the company. Marketing measures run side by side. Processes have grown, but were never planned. Digital systems exist, but do not connect.

What is needed is not automatically more measures.

What is needed is clarity about what belongs together, what is missing and what should change.

This is where my work begins.

The approach

Strategy does not begin with the measure.

Before we talk about campaigns, websites, content or systems, we look at the whole picture.

  • What is the company meant to achieve?
  • What does the brand stand for?
  • Which people should be reached?
  • Which structures support growth and which hold it back?
  • Which measures actually contribute to the goal?

The goal is not a strategy on paper.

The goal is a structure that works in everyday life.

Areas of work

Six fields, one interplay.

Positioning

A clear positioning creates orientation. We sharpen the offer, target audience, differentiation and communication, creating a foundation that marketing and sales can build on.

Brand & communication

A brand is not created by a logo. It emerges through attitude, language, appearance and the experience people have with a company. I help bring these elements into alignment.

Marketing strategy

Not every platform and not every measure makes sense. We develop a marketing structure that fits the company, its resources and its goals.

Digital systems

CRM, websites, automations, email communication, funnels and digital processes can simplify work. Provided the systems serve the company, not the other way around.

Structure & processes

Growing companies often develop structures on the side. I help make workflows visible, clarify responsibilities and connect processes in a meaningful way.

Entrepreneurial development

New business areas, offers, partnerships or brands often emerge from many individual ideas. Together we examine which of them make economic and strategic sense and how a viable concept can arise from them.

My role

I do not need to handle every discipline myself.

My role is to see the bigger picture: to identify connections, set priorities and determine which measures, systems and areas of expertise are actually needed.

I bring strategy, positioning, marketing, processes and digital structures together so they do not operate independently, but contribute to a shared objective.

Depending on the project, I develop the strategic direction, support the implementation or coordinate specialized partners and service providers.

What matters is not implementing as many measures as possible.

What matters is connecting the right things.

BUSINESS CHOREOGRAPHY IN PRACTICE

Strategy becomes visible when it is implemented.

Different companies need different solutions. What matters is recognising which areas have to work together and developing a structure from that which fits the company and its goals.

The perspective

From the stage to business.

For more than two decades, I have been developing, organising and realising complex projects, brands and entrepreneurial structures. I have built companies, developed offerings, sharpened positioning, designed marketing strategies and connected digital processes.

My particular perspective on this originally emerged in the international world of art and production.

On a stage, nothing works in isolation. Idea, people, timing, communication, technology, budget and audience all have to come together. If only one decisive element is missing, the entire result changes.

I do not just look at individual measures. I look at how positioning, communication, marketing, systems, processes and people interlock, and where change truly creates impact.

From this connection of creative thinking, strategic experience and entrepreneurial practice, my approach of Business Choreography emerged.

Business Choreography

The interplay is what matters.

Business Choreography does not look at companies through individual measures, but through the interplay of positioning, communication, marketing, systems and people.

For whom

When an outside perspective helps.

Working together can make sense when

  • the company has grown, but the positioning has not grown with it
  • marketing measures work side by side instead of together
  • website and communication no longer fit the company
  • new offers or business areas are being developed
  • digital systems are to be built or restructured
  • processes have become unnecessarily complicated
  • there are many ideas, but no clear prioritisation
  • brand, sales and marketing tell different stories
  • a company is to be strategically realigned
Working together

No standard programme.

Companies are different.

That is why collaboration does not begin with a ready-made package, but with a stocktake.

Depending on the task, this can lead to strategic advice, a concept, an analysis or longer-term accompaniment.

And Where Does Favori Media Fit In?

Favori Media is my agency for art and culture and remains a central part of my entrepreneurial work.

Through Favori Media, we combine strategy, visibility, brand development, websites, marketing and digital solutions specifically for artists, cultural projects and creative businesses.

With Business Choreography, I apply this strategic perspective to companies, brands and entrepreneurial projects beyond the arts and culture sector.

The aim is not to broaden Favori Media's positioning, but to clearly distinguish my personal strategic work from the agency's specialized focus.

Favori Media remains dedicated to art and culture.

Business Choreography is my strategic approach for companies and brands.

To Favori Media

Sometimes it is not more measures that are needed. But a clear direction.

If you want to strategically develop your company, your brand or a new project, we can use an initial conversation to identify where the decisive levers lie.

Personal. Direct. Without obligation.
