From stage to business
Two lives, connected by one common thread. Everything I create today has its roots on the stage.
A story told through defining moments
AT THE AGE OF FOUR
My first stage
I performed on a theatre stage for the first time at the age of four. Movement was never simply a hobby. It was my first language.
Training
Leipzig, Cologne and Chicago
I trained in classical dance at the Ballet Academy in Leipzig and later at the University of Music and Dance in Cologne. Years of discipline at the barre came before anything began to look like art. My journey then took me to Chicago, where I studied jazz dance with Gus Giordano, one of the pioneers of the American jazz dance tradition, followed by acting training in New York. Two disciplines serving the same purpose: body and voice. Craft comes before performance. That remains my standard today.
1996 - 2013 · 17 YEARS · MY SECOND HOME
Turkey
What began as curiosity about another country became seventeen years of my life. Turkey became my home and the base from which I worked internationally. It gave me a second language, a second cultural home and a new perspective on art. It also taught me how differently culture is perceived, communicated and experienced depending on where you stand.
1996 - 2013 · STAGE & TEACHING
Europe and Asia
I worked internationally as a performing artist, choreographer and director. Anyone who performs for an international audience in a language that is not their own quickly learns an essential lesson: what matters is not only what you intend to communicate, but what truly reaches your audience. During these years, I also continued my training in education and teaching. This was the point at which my own expertise became something I could share with others. At the time, I did not see it as a change of direction. Looking back, it was the beginning of one.
1996 - 2013 · BEHIND THE STAGE
Producer and artist manager
Sharing my knowledge gradually developed into taking responsibility for others. I was no longer working only on stage, but increasingly behind the scenes. I supported productions, helped artists gain visibility and negotiated contracts. This was my first experience of running a business, long before I described it that way.
FROM 2014 - BERLIN
Arts and cultural management, marketing
I worked on a variety of projects and held different positions within arts and cultural organisations. The more responsibility I assumed for other people and their work, the more one question stayed with me: Why does some art become visible while other art remains unseen? I began to explore this question systematically. Experience became methodology. Intuition became a strategy that could be taught, applied and repeated.
FROM 2016 · A NEW DIRECTION
From my own stage to creating stages for others
I had seen too many talented artists give up. Not because they lacked artistic ability, but because they lacked visibility, structure and entrepreneurial knowledge. I therefore shifted my focus from pursuing my own stage career to creating opportunities and building platforms for other artists. I also qualified as a life coach, because behind every career is a human being with individual strengths, doubts and ambitions.
FROM 2018 TO TODAY
Favori Media, Favori Art, Favori Flow and Artpreneure
I founded Favori Media in Berlin and subsequently developed Favori Art, Favori Flow and Artpreneure. Together, they form an interconnected structure for artists and cultural organisations throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Marketing, management, visibility and technology, all brought together under one roof.

Four principles that guide my work
Substance before appearance
Marketing should serve the art, not the other way around. What becomes visible must have substance.
Structure instead of chance
Visibility is not a matter of luck. It is the result of reliable systems and consistent action.
An international perspective
Three languages and three cultural perspectives. What works in one cultural context may need a completely different approach in another.
First-hand experience
I only teach and advocate what I have experienced and put into practice myself. The stage was my first professional world. Entrepreneurship became the second.
Three languages, three cultural perspectives
My international experience is not a footnote in my story. It shapes the way I understand art, audiences, communication and culture.
What drives me when the stage lights go down
Movement has never disappeared from my life. Today, it takes a different form. I find it in the rhythm of a project, in the cadence of a well-written text and in the discipline required to turn an idea into reality.
Berlin is my base, but the world remains my field of experience. If you would like to get to know me, let’s meet for a conversation, preferably in person.
