AT THE AGE OF FOUR
The first stage
At the age of four, I stood on a theatre stage for the first time. Movement was never just a hobby. It was my first language.
Training
Leipzig, Cologne and Chicago
Classical dance training at the Leipzig Ballet Academy, followed by studies at the Cologne University of Music. Years at the barre before any of it looked like art. Then Chicago: jazz dance with Gus Giordano, one of the pioneers of the American jazz dance tradition, followed by acting training in New York. Two disciplines serving the same purpose: body and voice. Craft before showmanship. That remains my standard to this day. Body, voice, discipline and craft. Long before I ever spoke about business, I learned that impact does not happen by chance.
1996 - 2013 · 17 YEARS · MY SECOND HOME
Turkey
Curiosity about another country turned into seventeen years. Turkey became the centre of my life, while my work remained international. A second language, a second culture and a different perspective on how people communicate, work and perceive the world. Those years continue to shape the way I see things today.

Europe and Asia
As a performer, choreographer and director, engagements and productions took me to different stages and into different cultures. Anyone who works internationally quickly learns this: What matters is not only what you want to communicate. What matters just as much is what actually reaches people. During this time, I also completed further training in theatre education. What began as my own craft increasingly became something I could pass on to others.
1996 - 2013 · BEHIND THE STAGE
Producer and artist manager
At some point, the stage alone was no longer enough. I began producing my own projects, supporting artists, negotiating contracts, and taking responsibility for everything that happens behind the visible result. Organisation, communication, people, budgets and decisions suddenly became just as much a part of my work as the art itself. That was the beginning of my entrepreneurial mindset, long before I ever called it that.
FROM 2014 - BERLIN
Arts and cultural management, marketing
Back in Germany, I took on projects and roles in arts and cultural management. At the same time, one question became increasingly important: Why are some ideas, people and offers seen while others are not? Through practical experience, marketing, strategy and digital communication gradually developed into a new field of work. What had often happened intuitively before began to take on structure and method.
FROM 2016 · A NEW DIRECTION
From my own stage to creating stages for others
The focus shifted. Not away from art, but towards what people, projects and ideas need in order to find their place. Marketing, positioning and entrepreneurial thinking became part of my work. I also trained as a life coach, because behind every professional development there is always a person.
FROM 2018 TO TODAY
My own ventures, platforms & work for brands and businesses
Favori Media marked the beginning of my first independent business structure. From there, Favori Art, Favori Flow and Artpreneure developed. What began in art and culture has broadened over time. Alongside artists, cultural projects and creative businesses, I now also work with brands and companies on positioning, marketing, digital structures and business development. This led to the development of Business Choreography: an approach that focuses on how strategy, visibility, processes and systems work together. The fields may be different, but the perspective remains the same: What belongs together, what is missing, and how can it all become a functioning whole?

What drives me when the stage lights go down
Movement has never disappeared from my life. Today, it simply takes a different form: in an idea taking shape, in the rhythm of a project, or in the moment when individual pieces suddenly come together.
Berlin is my base. Thinking internationally is simply part of who I am. If you would like to get to know me, preferably in person.
